2oo HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

This training is an opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge in the core fundamentals of Hatha Yoga practices including Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative.  We will move through alignment-based asana, pranayama and meditation with an emphasis on techniques of teaching through observation, modification and practice.  We will explore physical asana alongside the basics of yoga philosophy to cultivate a deeper understanding of our bodies, obstacles, and capabilities.  As a student, you’ll learn valuable skills needed to become a knowledgeable and confident Yoga Instructor while gaining a deeper appreciation of the origins and philosophies behind the practice.

THE PROGRAM

Our training is designed for anyone looking to deepen their personal practice as well as for those who aspire to become an instructor.  To truly understand yoga, you must be fully committed without interruption.  You will work with two of our 500 HR lead instructors whose passion for teaching and practicing are abundant and who both hold education and commitment as an integral part of their core values. This program contains effective and practical methods of teaching that will give you a strong foundation in traditional practices through in-depth study, lectures, readings, handouts and assignments. You will experience an environment that encourages you to tap into your full potential, ignite your inner passion and feel confident sharing your talents and gifts with others.

To develop top skills as an instructor and practitioner as well as develop a deeper understanding of the mind:body connection in order to enhance quality of life and personal growth on and off the mat.

What a genius concept 💡

WORKING OUT is getting sweaty, feeling tired after, probably entertained during…maybe you burned some calories. Hopefully you didn’t get injured. 

TRAINING is tracking and progressing in proven movement patterns.

Results come to those willing to build the skills and strength through repetitive, consistent effort.

⁉️Remember that terrible time in 2020 when you ⁉️Remember that terrible time in 2020 when you lost the opportunity to go to the gym, to be around people, when you felt isolated, alone, confused and unhealthier by the day? And then when things got a LITTLE better…we could ONLY train outside, with limited equipment, in crazy heat and unpredictable weather…

While we definitely made the best of it… remember that feeling of frustration when you’re thinking about canceling your next class, skipping your training or recovery session…

Nothing is guaranteed. If we’ve learned nothing else from the past two years, isn’t it that our mental and physical health should be a top priority? It’s not the time to get complacent, friends.
