CELL PHONE POLICY
We strongly believe that disconnecting from the outside world for an hour is healthy. However, we realize that is not always realistic with kids, work emergencies and many other scenarios. If it is necessary to have your cell phone nearby, please be sure it is set to silent. (Please be mindful that if your cell phone lights up, this could be very distracting in dark rooms like the yoga and cycling rooms). If it is absolutely necessary to answer a call or text, please quickly and quietly step outside the room.
Drink your water! Before, during and after class.
Please make your instructor aware of any prior injuries and/or limitations and we will be happy to provide specific modifications to ensure your safety and enjoyments.
Please refrain from bringing food, drinks (other than water) and/or chewing gum in the classrooms. Feel free to enjoy pre/post workout snacks in our lobby area.
