Olivia is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate instructors we have ever met. But don’t let her sweet personality fool you, she’ll put you to work. She has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2011, with certifications through NASM and SCW. She is also a NASM Certified Nutrition Specialist.

Olivia has personal and group trained everywhere from small boutique studios to big box gyms.

Inspired by her own post-pregnancy mental and physical transformation, Olivia officially started her training career after the birth of her son. The experience opened her eyes and her curiosity to how fitness and nutrition can change the body and her passion grew from there.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OLIVIA
Olivia will push you to your intelligent edge in a safe and educated manner. Her passion for helping our members set and reach goals and push beyond your percieved limits will keep you coming back for more.

You can catch Olivia at WHF&Y teaching On the Clock, Reps & Sets and The Circuit. Olivia is also available for 1:1 private training.

While we do program largely off percentages, we also highly rely on the RPE (rate of perceived exertion) scale. 

So even if you’re not familiar with, comfortable working with, or comfortable finding your 1RM, we usually also prescribe RPE which is based more off feeling than numbers, so that is always available to you.

⛰It has been an amazing adventure for @workhorse ⛰It has been an amazing adventure for @workhorse_joel, @tflee18 and @alphatherapyllc to spend the past week at #LakeTahoe with a group of veterans and first responders from Southern Pines, Virginia, California and all across the country and the @beopenwater organization.

@beopenwater is a non-profit organization founded by a veteran and pro-surfer to bring together #military and #firstresponders and support those who protect our community and country.

🇺🇸On Sunday, September 11, we will host the second annual east coast Open Water 9/11 Honor Challenge. 💯of the proceeds will go directly to Open Water and their mission to support military and first responders.
