A word from Lisa: “Each time you get on a bike is an opportunity to get stronger - mentally and physically. I love watching my riders break through barriers, achieve their goals - all while having an incredible time doing it!"
Lisa is a lifelong competitive athlete and coach. She started swimming competitively at the age of six and retired at the collegiate level at age 21.
She has several years experience coaching club swimming and private lessons for students whose ages ranged from three to 50 years.
In 2013, while living in San Francisco, she earned her Spinning certification. She has taught everywhere from Google to Ft. Rucker.
Lisa’s passion for indoor cycling is thanks to the fun environment of a dark studio, loud music and helping our members pursue fitness in a fun way.
