Hannah has been an avid runner and cyclist for over 15 years. She has earned a top three placement, including several first places finishes, in all of her races and was named as the Sandhills Race Series Overall Female Winner in 2011. As an accomplished cyclist, Hannah has also participated in several century and double century rides and duathlons.
Hannah’s passion for fitness and healthy behavior habits is obvious. Working one-on-one with clients and teaching group fitness classes has provided Hannah with a front row seat in witnessing amazing transformations and helping others reach their goals. She loves that group fitness provides in a unique setting, where people from all backgrounds, ages and fitness levels come together to pursue common goals, experience positive results, give and receive encouragement, and push themselves in ways they never imagined.
