Trauma Informed Yoga
Cristina’s passion for fitness, yoga, and weight training grew from her childhood love of playing soccer and judo. She was introduced to yoga as a method of muscle recovery and fell in love with the practice. Yoga has been a way to find connection and grounding in all stages of her life, from military moves to balancing a busy mom life.
Her passion for whole body wellness stems from helping others find confidence, balance, and strength in their own lives.
