Courtney has always had a love for sports and fitness, playing soccer and softball from an early age. After college, she found a deep passion for triathlons and eventually CrossFit.
In 2014, while living in California, she received her Level 1 CrossFit certification and taught at various CrossFit gyms. In 2017, she received her Level 2 CrossFit certification and is currently working towards her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Courtney’s passion for strength and conditioning comes from working with others and helping them achieve their goals and feel better about themselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM COURTNEY: Expect to be constantly and patiently encouraged and motivated. Expect to laugh and find fun in even the toughest workouts.
