A word from Brenn: "My passion for Yoga is so alive and I want to share that as much as I can with anyone I can. I believe in making Yoga accessible, approachable and obtainable for everyone. I hope that my passion will always radiate through me on and off the mat and that it will always translate to my students."

Brenn has attended numerous continuing education workshops and is currently enrolled in a 300 hour advanced teacher training that focuses on healing arts, philosophy and refined anatomy.
Originally an avid strength trainer, Brenn began her Yoga journey in 2012 when she felt that she'd hit a plateau in her current training program. She made a commitment to trying a total of 10 yoga classes to help improve her mobility while deloading and reprogramming. She quickly realized that 10 would never be enough and hasn’t stopped practicing since. She knew almost immediately that not only was there a deficit in balance physically, but also mentally and was eager to find a space for higher learning and education.
