What a genius concept 💡

WORKING OUT is getting sweaty, feeling tired after, probably entertained during…maybe you burned some calories. Hopefully you didn’t get injured. 

TRAINING is tracking and progressing in proven movement patterns.

Results come to those willing to build the skills and strength through repetitive, consistent effort.

⁉️Remember that terrible time in 2020 when you ⁉️Remember that terrible time in 2020 when you lost the opportunity to go to the gym, to be around people, when you felt isolated, alone, confused and unhealthier by the day? And then when things got a LITTLE better…we could ONLY train outside, with limited equipment, in crazy heat and unpredictable weather…

While we definitely made the best of it… remember that feeling of frustration when you’re thinking about canceling your next class, skipping your training or recovery session…

Nothing is guaranteed. If we’ve learned nothing else from the past two years, isn’t it that our mental and physical health should be a top priority? It’s not the time to get complacent, friends.
