At Workhorse Fitness & Yoga we love group fitness for its camaraderie, variety, accountability, convenience and fun. However, what it can sometimes lack is the personalization and guidance that are found in personal training. We’re on a mission to change that. We keep our class sizes small with the right amount of energy and the proper amount of personal attention paid to each participant.
